Coffee Biz is the exec / admin view: rollups, org health, spend or ROI storylines — BIZ1-POC.html (executive console) and BIZ2-ORGCHART.html (org & roster). Together they answer “how is the organization shaped and how does it look on a dashboard?”
BIZ2 emphasizes reporting lines and membership — who reports to whom, which teams exist. Teamz is where those people work together day to day. Workz is where the individual sees self-service identity. All three should eventually share the same org graph and profile service under the hood.
The arc lists a demo path today: gateway → Admin → Biz, gateway → Teamz, etc. The product path target: gateway → Workz home → deep links to Teamz, Storage, Biz by role. Knowing the difference keeps you from confusing click-through mocks with finished org onboarding.
Section 7 of PRO-SUITE-ARC.md (ecosystem snapshot) states plainly: many vertical UIs are conceptual / faux with clear flow — narrative completeness, not slide-deck SaaS cosplay. Good north star for managing expectations as the product hardens.
Local-first: arc §8 points to PRO-LOCAL-FIRST.md — one shipped shell (Electron or equivalent) starts Coffee Server and sidecars so you are not installing packages or typing shell commands to get a session.
